What challenges fulfill the day of the agent?

- Taking care of customer enquiries via email, chat box and/ or phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met;
- Consulting and supporting the clients;
- Solving different issues when is necessary;
- Maintain in depth knowledge about the games.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Fluency in German or Russian;
- Advanced in English;
- Active gamer and familiar with both PC and Console gaming;
- Friendly personality;
- Team player.
