Web Production Lead - София

The Web Production Lead acts as a single point of contact for our clients. They coordinate various internal and external stakeholders to achieve on-time content publishing on the client’s web site, providing high quality and in accordance with brand design guidelines and general web standards.

Role Specific:

• Take ownership of specific project(s) – monitor and maintain targets and assess risks
• Responsible for the overall project healthiness, including relationship with client representatives
• Establish and maintain long-term relationship with the client
• Manage expectations, negotiate reasonable targets acceptable to all stakeholders
• Coordinate virtual teams spread across the globe to achieve commitments
• Pro-actively identify areas for improvement or business expansion

Requirements:

• Experience in working with customers in a multinational environment
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Very good knowledge of second European language, both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications
• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS
• Demonstrate resilience and ability to work on own initiative
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to support and promote continual innovation and positive change
