Your typical day:
Take ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish to ensure positive outcomes for our customers
Help manage the order fulfillment process
Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns
Research answers or solutions as needed
Resolve customer queries and update system accounts accordingly
Work to improve customer service by monitoring support communications

What you need to have is:
A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service via non-voice channels (e-mail and chat)
Fluency in French both written and verbal
All training will be completed in English, so an advance level of the language is needed as well.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Work experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
Be organized, have problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player with a great attitude
High school education
