Your typical day:

• Take ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish to ensure positive outcomes for our customers
• Help manage the order fulfillment process
• Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns
• Research answers or solutions as needed
• Resolve customer queries and update system accounts accordingly
• Work to improve customer service by monitoring support communications

What you need to have is:

• A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service via non-voice channels (e-mail and chat)
• Fluency in Spanish both written and verbal
• All training will be completed in English, so an advance level of the language is needed as well.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Work experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
• Be organized, have problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• High school education
