The Talen Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing a professional recruitment service to all clients and work in partnership with external/internal stakeholders to provide specialist advice and solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.


Role Specific:
Proactively source candidates through various channels such as social media, recommendations, direct sources, professional networks, etc.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal business support functions and external stakeholders
Work with an applicant tracking system and maintain databases and reports on a daily basis
Track market trends and act as a Partner of the Business to support the delivery of talents in line with the market specifics
Participate in the on-boarding process of new hires along with HR

What we need from you:
Recruiting experience in a similar environment is an advantage
Experience in a multinational environment
Fluency in English language, both written and verbal
Command of second European language is an advantage
Computer literacy in MS Office applications
Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-pace, dynamic and changing environment
