Your Job Role:

• To manage all technical support requests from customers of the biggest gaming creator and distributor
• To provide accurate, valid and complete troubleshooting by following the right processes and using the right tools
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Takes ownership of your work and multi-tasks well
• To be responsible and document all cases/resolutions in order to create good knowledge base


What you need to have:

• To be fluent in German (verbal & written)
• To have working level of English language
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Adaptability to work independently and part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
