We are looking for Gaming Support Specialist with Italian for one of their projects.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?
• Help gamers across Europe mainly over chat and email
• Differentiate the cases of different players in order to provide each of them with the best experience
• Implement structured and efficient working process
• Meet the fixed targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Speak fluently Italian and English
• Excellent computer skills
• Interest in the gaming world and desire to adapt your knowledge regarding game innovations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage the time effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or gaming experience will be considered as an advantage.
