For one of our clients – a leading BPO company - we are looking for - Customer Support Agent - Online Trading with Russian,Greek,French, Danish or German.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls on request, being a first contact point to deal with existing and new customers through both verbal and written responses;
* Updating relevant systems with details of account activity;
* Providing a high level of customer service at all times;
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships;
* Developing and executing customer campaigns, working alongside interested stakeholders to create a campaign which meets all objectives.

Requirements for the role:
* Fluent in English and Russian,Greek,French, Danish or German;
* Experience in Customer Services minimum 6 months - highly regarded;
* Knowledge of, or interest in, the FX industry - advantage;
* A flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must.
