The Cisco Network Support Specialist is a crucial member in the pre-sales line of communication between Concentrix and one of the biggest Networking companies in the World. They work with business customers and actively assist them with purchasing the best technical equipment by providing adequate information for products (switches, routers, IP Phones, Firewalls, etc). The primary focus is high level of customer satisfaction and resolving all incoming inquiries in a timely manner using a broad range of tools and resources at the engineer’s disposal.


Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish languages - verbal and written.
• Listen attentively and understanding customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network infrastructure and other network services will be considered as advantage.
• Knowledge in one of the following: hardware, networking, sales, product functionality etc. is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of computing technology including hardware components, data storage, operating systems, software applications, common peripheral devices, and external connectivity.
• Advantage will be one or more technical certifications: i.e., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or equivalent vendor certification, CompTIA A+ Certification and/or CompTIA Network+ Certification.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make follow up outbound calls to customers, other parties as a part of case resolution process
• Provide basic to complex technical information via phone, live (chat), web system or e-mail.
• Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve cases from customers.
• Ability to think critically and logically under pressure to resolve cases
