We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
To be fluent in (One of the languages stated in the position title) and upper-intermediate level of English, willing to use your verbal talent for helping people
Great communication skills and customer focus, ability to build relationships, listen actively and adapt to different personality types
Talent to provide clever solutions and to set priorities and effectively manage time in a dynamic work environment
Daily duties:
Identify customers’ needs, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Handling incoming requests, services feedback and chat with end-users.
