Customer Care Representative – with German

You will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of exceptional customer service for the largest travel community in the world and a leader in the growing online travel market, offering consumers high-quality, unbiased content plus booking opportunities via our partner booking engines. You will be in touch with existing customers and will assist them with queries over the phone and through email.

Requirements:
• Proficiency (verbal & written) in German and B2 level of English
• Ability to represent our client’s brand and deliver outstanding customer service with clarity, passion, and enthusiasm
• Interest in working in the Tourism and Marketing areas
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure
• High-school or University degree
• Excellent computer literacy
