Gi Group is one of the world’s leading companies providing services for the development of the labor market, operating in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, search and selection, as well as a variety of complementary HR consulting activities.

Our client, a multinational company, worldwide networking and telecommunication leader currently implementing SAP Ariba Guided Buying as our new global procurement solution for internal purchasing. The program has predominantly concluded the global design phase and is currently in an intense roll out phase. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to become part of the current project

Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with management and rollout leads, responsible for parallel rollouts, to ensure business readiness during rollout;
· Develop and execute change journeys including communication, training delivery and hypercare support for impacted rollout regions;
· Monitoring and follow-up on learning activities.
· User experience measurement.
· Coordinate and ensure readiness of support organization.
· Plan, execute and ensure SAP Ariba Guided Buying is implemented successfully in MNEA region and, later, additional countries in scope to complete the global rollout.



Qualifications:
· Experienced with project management or change management roles;
· Experience with sourcing/procurement processes and complex change projects; preferably; some experience in communication and managing non-sourcing stakeholders;
· Efficient, pragmatic and goal oriented;
· Be knowledgeable with SAP Ariba;
· Good written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the company.
