We are currently looking for one of our partners - one of the leading logistics companies in the world - for a motivated and experienced person to be given the role of:


Transport Planner with German and English



Responsibilities:

- Taking care of the planning;
- Registration of daily planning (validate, register and preplan orderbookings);
- Instructing subcontractors and follow up transport;
- Instruct and inform 3rd parties;
- Validation of transports (market prices, waiting- and driving time regulations);
- Arrange and follow up rushtransports;
- Combination of transport assignments;
- Taking care of the administrative completion (prepare and finalize files for administration department);
- Giving feedback about transport process;
- Register and improving performance;
- Cooperation in customer satisfaction investigation.

Requirements:

- A strong enterprising, enthusiastic go-getter with a "hands-on" mentality;
- Experience in Logistics - Atleast 2 years;
- Customer focused and result oriented individual with focus on quality;
- Ability to organize and manage transport planning as requested;
- Ability to perform under pressure and adversity;
- Languages: excellent German and very good level of English;
- Any other language will be a huge advantage.
