ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
Reporting to the Coffee Business Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the development of the Coca-Cola Hellenic coffee business for Bulgaria, as part of our growth story to deliver against our vision to be the 24/7 Beverage Leader in Bulgaria. This role plays a crucial part in developing our entrusted brands Costa Coffee and Caffe Vergnano by marketing strategies and translating them into operational plans. You will work closely with key business stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain, quality, Finance, and other suppliers – as well as with our region/group team and other countries for best practice sharing, supporting future countries in their market entry. Being a strong team player, this position can work in cross functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership of and through people throughout the organization.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defining category strategy in terms of products, brands/sub-brands role and localizing central assets based on country specifics;
Cascading brand strategy to the total commercial team;
Developing internal communication campaign for informing & engaging stakeholders;
Implementing marketing plan for Costa Coffee and Caffe Vergnano;
Analyzing product / brand performance and share insights;
Managing brand budget ensuring achievement of relevant targets;
Identifying opportunities through market insights & field sales feedback from the market and drives initiatives leading to profitability;
Supporting retail and HoReCa channel activities: Event sponsorship and activation, tailor-made projects and campaign, annual activation calendars in both channels following the brands' platforms.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRETS INGREDIENTS?
Essential:

Above the line marketing brand experience;
Experience in participating in Business Planning process;
Experience in managing brand marketing budget spending;
Deep dive in market research analysis and next steps implementation;
Fluent English;
Desirable:

FMCG or/and Advertising agency experience;
HoReCa experience;
Bulgarian language.
