Dispute Management Specialist with ITALIAN or SPANISH

The role includes:

- Managing the resolution of Partner/ Customer queries within corporate guidelines,
- Demonstrating the ability to react professionally in disputed situations;
- Resolving queries and claims;
- Creating solutions, that meet partner/ customer satisfaction;
- Reporting activities;
- Ensuring compliance with Business Rules and corporate guidelines.

We are looking for a motivated specialist with previous professional experience in a similar role and with excellent command of ITALIAN or SPANISH.
What else is important: professional result-oriented approach, ability to work solo and in a team, flexibility and a curious mind.
