Marketing Trainee - 1 year program
For our trusted client - multinational integrated oil and gas company, one of the seven "Supermajor" oil companies in the world, we are looking to hire Marketing Trainee for 1-year contract.

The staff of a company's marketing department is responsible for promoting and driving the sales of a company's goods or services. A marketing campaign assistant supports the marketing department in organization of - Total events projects, implementation of TQAC project and TV media campaigns.

Main activities:

• Supports the organization of events and TV media campaigns (Period: October November 2018-May June 2019 - October November 2019).
• Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory related to the campaigns
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, gathered from the campaigns. (October 2018- November 2019)
• Fulfill other directly assigned tasks related to the job.
• Organizes contacts, offering, negotiation, contracting with marketing suppliers under the supervision of the marketing manager in regard of the events projects held during the period October 2018- November 2019.
• Aligns with overall communication strategy and support the Operational marketing in measuring relevant KPIs for the TV campaigns.
• Supports the relation with external media and digital agencies in regard of the abovementioned TV campaigns.

Requirements:

• University degree or continues study in Marketing, Sociology or in Economics
• Analytical skills, searching for profit optimization.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a matrix.
• Flexibility and willingness to drive a broad variety of topics.
• Communicative and open-minded, constructive, well-organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, rigorous, responsible, with problem solving approach
• Fluent in English and in Bulgarian
