Main Responsibilities:

-Analyse existing legal documents for conformance to the company's policies and procedures and regulatory requirements;
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of negotiation guidelines, training materials and procedures;
-Responsible for the documentation, implementation and operation’s units;
-Prioritize company lending according to economic and social priorities.

Requirements:

-Master’s degree in law;
-Fluent English;
-Excellent drafting and negotiating skills;
-Ability to handle a large and diverse workload;
-Excellent communication skills.
