In partnership with our client we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Workforce Management SpecialistShift Leader, taking ultimate responsibility for a high quality BPO company.



Essential functions and job duties:

- Models agent schedules sets and recommends appropriate schedule changes based on forecast changes.

- Creates schedules for contact center agents.

- Analyzes daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual results for the call center.

- Communicates forecasts workload volume.

- Assist with shift changes in the system.

What will make you successful:

- Fluency in German.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Analytical skills, solid mathematics and problem-solving background.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Windows.

- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
