COMPLIANCE MONITORING EXPERT


Duties and responsibilities:

Actively supports and participates in the activities of Compliance Department in the following domains – anti-money laundering, data protection, protection of policy holder, Ethics&Fraud, etc., including:
• Support of the Compliance monitoring activities, including:
o Monitoring on the proper execution of Internal policies, rules and procedures and analysis of the relevant business processes;
o Identification of Compliance risks;
o Performance of Compliance testings;
o Preparation of reports and recommendations to the Management;
o Follow-up activities on the issued recommendations.
• Providing support for business in the implemention of business rules and procedures coming from the legislation and Group requirements;
• Providing advisory services for business related to the proper application of Compliance requirements;
• Participation in other activities and responsibilities of Compliance Department.


The successful candidate must have/be:

• University degree in Law, Economics or other
• Strong personal ethics and ability to manage confidential information
• Result driven and proactive person with abilities to make decisions
• Excellent ability to organize information, manage tasks and use available tools to effectively contribute to the organization
• Proficient user of MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must
