Manpower Bulgaria is currently looking for one of its strategic clients for a:

Production Leader

Your future responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for production specific targets (production productivity) by promoting the efficiency - in order to achieve the company goals;
- Involvement in the production planning and control and by doing so to make sure that the shipping demands are met;
- To assure the optimum headcount planning in line with the production forecast;
- To execute company quality policies by process flow control with WAP system monitoring;
- To develop and implement improvements for balancing the production processes, leading to output increase, adjustment time optimization, reducing additional production man-hours and scrap rate;
- To introduce Lean manufacturing by kaizen activities.

We are looking for:
- Engineering or other relevant University degree;
- At least 3 years experience in supervision and managing people in electronic or similar production;
- Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in electronic production process;
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff;
- Strong communication abilities in both channels – with management level and associates;
- Knowledge and experience of production KPI's;
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives;
- Fluent English – verbal and written communication skills.
