What will you do?
Provide support to the team members via phone extension, face to face contact and one to one coaching where applicable
Assume responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer and team member queries
Be responsible for the learning and development of new employees (New Products roll out, Refresher, Process workshops, soft-skill courses, case/call handling)
Maintain excellent knowledge of systems and processes
Be responsible for the simplification and the improvement of processes. Pro-actively communicate any process gaps/flaws to the concerned manager as well as any enhancements which would positively impact the entire work flow
Develop and rolls out internal audits to ensure consistency and process adherence
Implement and communicates new or changed process through coaching
Identify knowledge gaps in the teams and creates action plans to close those
Work closely with Team leaders and QAs
Raise system issues affecting the operations by logging incidents in the relevant tool and reports them to the relevant parties
Analyze data, identify issues and participate in the resolution of problems related to the service provided
Work effectively to support the team on a process and functional level
What do you need to have?
Relevant experience on the same or similar role
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to quickly resolve problems effectively and to quickly take decisions
Ability to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Good organizational and time management skills
Initiative and willingness to learn and take accountability of own personal skill development and expertise
Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Active interest in the gaming world and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in a PC/Mobile/Console environment
Network skills will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work on flexible shifts including hours till 11:00 pm
