Our perfect candidate would ideally have:
Excellent communication skills in required language - English;
Customer-oriented, possessing excellent soft skills;
Ability to capture information easily, summarize it and provide it briefly;
Ability to adapt quickly;
Technically-oriented person, good at troubleshooting and problem solving skills;

The specific required knowledge for the position is:
Understanding of Active Directory;
Understanding of Networking (DNS, Network issues troubleshooting, DHCP, Network topology description);
Understanding in Virtualization technologies (Hyper V)
Understanding Windows Server Edition;
Strong problem solving and Troubleshooting skills;
Experience with deployment (OS, patching);
Understanding of back up concepts;
Previous software troubleshooting experience will be considered as an advantage.
