Our client is one of the biggest Retailers in Bulgaria.

Now we are searching for person with strategic view,courage and abilities to face the challenges, to take the position of Deputy Marketing, advertising and PR Manager.

The main duties covered by the position are:

- Direct work with the marketing team and all units required to develop marketing strategies;
- Preparation, planning and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
- Execution of marketing campaigns and advertising of the company's services and products;
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights;
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, customer behavior and competitors’ activities;
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities;
- Advise in determining marketing strategy, commercial practice, in the development of advertising campaigns and pricing policy;
- Prepare reports on the implementation of annual plans and periodic analyzes in the field of marketing;

Key Requirements:

- At least six years of experience in marketing and sales is a must
- Degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing or Economics
- Brand awareness and digital mindset
- Organizational skills and initiative spirit
- Strong focus on results
- A high degree of business acumen-
- Written and spoken English
- Previous experience chain store.
