Due to further development of our local team we are now looking for a bright professional to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Officer


Job purpose

The Marketing & Communications Officer will be responsible for corporate communication and marketing activities performing variety of tasks including creation, implementation and overseeing of communications programs to achieve the desired company’s positioning, increase brand awareness and manage company reputation.

Key Accountabilities & Tasks

• Coordinates the PR activity
• Prepares, edits, and reviews company’s publications (press releases, articles, newsletters etc.)
• Implements content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets - Creates and publishes engaging content
• Prepares marketing material in close cooperation with the external agency or suppliers
• Prepares and implements digital and/or offline campaigns
• Organises and coordinates internal & external corporate events
• Participates in the preparation of the annual marketing budget and marketing & communication plan and ensures its proper implementation
• Ensures a strong corporate image and builds Adecco Group’s Thought Leadership positioning in the local market
• Implements the Company’s global programs


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or PR/Communication
• Postgraduate degree in Marketing/PR would be considered as an asset
• A sound working experience of at least two (2) years, directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above, in a Communications Department or in a Public Relations/Advertising Agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in local language and English
• Excellent use of MS Office applications and specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
• Familiarity with WordPress environment
• Strong client orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
