For our representative in Sofia we have opened a challenging role that brings together recruitement, HR, project management and sales skills.
The scope of the position is to provide customized services and results to our clients and partners.
The value of your role: major contribution in informational plan in relation with different cultures, management styles, business domains, succeeded by the HR market dynamics, complexity and satisfaction of the successfully closed projects.

Responsibilities:
- Most of your time you will be involved in recruitment and different HR projects
- You will implement and follow-up HR projects
- You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and selection projects starting from candidate profile set-up to interviewing candidates and presenting job offers
- You will professionally approach each client request and fully understand their needs in terms of HR services
- You will manager the relation with customers and partners, but as the business got to grow, you will also develop and implement strategies for attracting new clients
- We will support you constantly through training sessions in recruitment, HR, interviewing techniques, candidate search techniques, business development strategies and you will have the chance to participate in different local HR related events and conferences.

Requirements:
- English language knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking, innovation and creativity is highly valued
- Interest for HR, recruitment and selection, marketing, business development.
