Manpower Bulgaria is looking for an experienced General Store Manager on behalf of an international retail company with a strong presence across Europe.

If you are an accomplished retail leader with a passion for driving commercial results, developing high-performing teams, and optimizing store operations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic international environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations and commercial performance of the store
• Drive sales growth and achieve business and profitability targets
• Manage, coach, and develop cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve performance
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, logistics, and cash administration
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and operational excellence
• Control operational budgets and optimize costs
• Collaborate with regional management and international headquarters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or another customer-focused environment
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in driving sales performance and profitability
• Experience managing large teams and developing future leaders
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English. German will be considered an advantage
• Flexibility to relocate if required
