Our support lines are open from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Assist users and corporate partners with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via various communication channels
Handle customer escalations appropriately and escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Manage an individual ticket queue
Provide feedback and follow management directions
What do you need?
Exceptionally customer-focused
Fluency in both German and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
Ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users
Patience and confidentiality in handling data and personal information
Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
Excellent soft skills, particularly in active listening and empathy
What can you expect from us:
Full-time role with working shifts between 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
Competitive salary – 2403 EUR
