Currently, for their Sofia-based team of IT Professionals, we are looking for an experienced:


ServiceNow Engineer – IRM & BCM


In this role, you will support the configuration and upkeep of ServiceNow GRC modules to meet evolving business needs. It involves assisting with workflow development, ensuring data accuracy in risk and compliance records, preparing user training materials, and resolving basic platform issues. This person also contributes to testing enhancements, maintains alignment with governance practices, and collaborates across teams to continuously improve system functionality. Occasional support for other ServiceNow modules is part of the mix.



Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Practical experience working with ServiceNow modules like IRM, BCM, or GRC;
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow basics and eagerness to grow deeper in the platform;
- Understanding of compliance and risk standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR);
- Familiarity with testing workflows and helping with risk and continuity planning;
- Comfortable analyzing data and keeping records accurate and organized;
- Ability to explain things clearly and support users with system issues;
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).


We'll consider an advantage if you also have:

- Experience with ITIL processes like incident or change management;
- ServiceNow CSA and/or ITIL Foundation certifications.
