1. QUALIFICATIONS

- Masters degree in engineering and relevant experience (at least 2 years)
- Willing to travel to Belgium
- (Potential) good leadership skills: can motivate people
- (Potential) commercial skills
- Good knowledge of English or French


2. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the development of the branch in Bulgaria
- Good communications with the head office in Belgium
- Is responsible for good customer relations, current and potential customers


3. TASKS

1. (Technical) tasks
- SPOC for employees and clients. Is always well aware of what happens in the branch and in the field
- Keeps an eye on the efficiency, quality and safety of the work
- Keeps an eye on the ROI

- Leadership: motivates employees
- Detects training needs
- Is involved in recruiting and selecting new employees (especially in the beginning)

- Is responsible for a good management of the materials, vehicles and equipment

- Helps with the paper work related to the creation and development of the branch: filling in documents, asking for advice, …
- Is responsible for the organization and planning of the workers (also travel arrangements)
