Astrea is a company in the Human Resources field. Our goal is to find the most appropriate individuals for our business partners.We are currently looking, for one of our international clients, for the role of Video Game Consultants with Estonian, Swedish, Dutch, Polish, German, French, Russian.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing superior customer service to clients, solving problems, and troubleshooting issues- including password resets, billing issues and etc.;
* Document errors to be corrected;
* Efficient and accurate data entry of all customer service requests into data management system;
* Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved.
Requirements:
* Fluent in one of the following languages:Estonian, Swedish, Dutch, Polish, German, French, Russian.
* Fluency in English language;
* Experience in customer service is advantage;
* Must be detail-oriented and creative;
* Enjoy playing game as a hobby.
