Gi Group is one of the world’s leading companies providing services for the development of the labor market, operating in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, search and selection, as well as a variety of complementary HR consulting activities.Our client is the largest multinational company specializing in home furnishing trade. We are looking to appoint an Operational Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitors the commercial activity in all places for meetings with customers under his responsibility - stores incountry, B2B, e-commerce operations;
Drive to optimize sales, strive to increase conversion rates and reach and exceed
sales targets;
Analyze internal tracking data and web analytics;
Evaluate and implement potential improvement needed to achieve business achievement
goals and sales;
Be aware of international best practices and keep abreast of retail trends in the local market.
Qualifications:
Experience in the same or similar position in sectors such as Retail (FMCG, FASHION);
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office suite;
Proficient in English (written and spoken B2-C1);
Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility;
Strategic thinking;
Business Intelligence and Analytics – Reporting and analysis, trend identification, understanding of the whole sales process;
Leadership skills;
Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
Driving license.
