Software Product Manager - Sofia
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Software Product Manager.

This role is responsible for developing products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

Product Manager has a strong passion for technology and innovation, and can take products from inception to launch. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is experienced in customer research, business strategy and productizing new ideas. Communication and collaboration both externally and internally, and the ability to translate customer pain points into cutting edge technology, will be key to success in this role. We need someone who can understand the needs of multiple key customer personas and execute on projects of major strategic importance to the company.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take product ownership for existing and new Acronis product/product line
Conduct market research
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
Produce business plan for new features and products
Define roadmap and key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure, balance out the relative priority between tasks and products
Facilitate communication throughout the development process inside Acronis, collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and ship high quality products
Produce product requirements and feature specifications, participate in preparing UX-projects and UI-mockups, create product documentation
Work closely with Sales &Marketing and Support team, support sales effort for the products, provide on-going team trainings
Works with the executive team and staff members on the following strategic initiatives


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience managing software products and services
Experience in market research.
Experience in collecting feedback from customers and partners
Ability to track key business trends with analytics systems
Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to prepare UX prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, Figma)
Understanding of modern technology and its business application: open source, APIs, micro-services, cloud, mobile and AI
