Key Responsibilities:


Achievement of Sales Goals and Metrics;
Resolve basic to moderate complexity level of Sales order issues;
Completes outbound calls to customer base and/or e-mail communications to existing or prospective customers (standard outcall campaigns, event recruitment, or vendor leads);
Advises and recommends product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for the customer;
Raise awareness regarding trends and work cross-functionally in the name of client satisfaction;
Manages relationship with designated contacts to grow sales and maintain business partnerships;


Job Qualifications and Educational Requirements:


Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
2+ years of customer facing experience;
Strong knowledge in English/ German/ Spanish both written and verbal at fluent level;
Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care;
Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge;
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills;
A customer driven approach and good customer management skills;
