Astrea Recruitment is a company in the Human Resources field.Our goal is to find the most appropriate individuals for our business partners. For one of our clients – a global company - we are looking for an experienced Team Leader with German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsibile for performance management, absence management, talent development, employee engagement and all disciplinary and/or grievance matters arising in the team;
* Effective management and deployment of employees to ensure that deadlines and targets are met within agreed timescales;
* Ensure that the team is maintaining a high quality level of service;
* Train, Lead and Motivate team members;
* Offer solutions and suggestions for process improvement.
Requirements for the role:
* At least 2 years of relevant experience as TL in a BPO environment;
* Experience of working in a team-based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest results;
* Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English;
* Very good knowledge and experience with the MS-Office package.
