For one of our new teams dealing with back office support, we are looking to recruit a Psychologist who will provide counseling and guidance to the team members and assist with complex cases.
Your responsibilities:
Provide effective individual and group consultation and counseling
Perform psycho-diagnostic evaluations of the team members
Handle complex cases and escalates when necessary
Prepare regular reports
Handle all issues with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Assist the HR department when necessary
Our requirements:
Master degree in Psychology
Previous experience in a similar position
In-depth knowledge and experience in individual and group psychology
Experience in the area of wellness counseling
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Turkish and very good English
Availability to work on 24/7 shifts
