Your responsibilities:

· Conducting support of onboarding trainings
· Leading up-skilling and refresh training
· Facilitating the transition from Training to Production
· Quality monitoring and follow up coaching

Requirements:

· Previous experience on a similar role - 1+ years
· Fluent oral and written English
· Previous experience in BPO sector will be considered as an advantage
· Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications
· Patience an positive attitude
· Enthusiasm and energy
