Main responsibilities:
Intensive communication with English/ French/ Italian speaking clients all over the world via telephone and/or e-mail
Provide excellent support and customer care services to all end users
React to customers’ requests promptly and in a professional manner
Scheduling tele-meetings with our customers

Requirements:
Fluent in English/ French or Italian – both written and spoken
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to details
Strong attention to detail and ability to reach the targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Being able to work under pressure and multitask
Working hours from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 8 pm (8 hours shifts), no night shifts
