For one of our clients – we are looking for:
Guest Service Associate with Guest Service Consultant with Hungarian, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Position is highly customer service focused. Consultats are to respond to our guests in a friendly, timely and attentive manner;
* Must demonstrate competency, proficiency and meet specific sales goals and metrics on an ongoing basis. Examples of metrics include, but are not limited to: sales conversion, upselling, cross-selling;
* Must have the adaptability to change, resilience and open-mindedness and remain receptive to feedback;
* Willingness to provide feedback to management while maintaining a good rapport throughout that communication process.
Required Skills and Abilities:
The candidate must possess the following....
* Excellent skills in English, Hungarian, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, German.
* Adaptable and patient with the ability to remain calm and professional during times of heightened activity, uncertainty, ambiguity, rapid change, and fixed deadlines;
* Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and in a manner, that appeals to a wide audience;
* Ability to triage complex situations and effectively transfer information accurately;
* Willingness to understand and follow procedures and continuous updates;
* Must have computer skills and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
