B2B Account Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients;
• Help customers through email and phone;
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Responsible to maintain excellent knowledge of company’s products and offering
Requirements:
• Very strong communications skills (written and verbal) in one of the following languages:
Russian/ German/ Romanian/ Portuguese;
• Fluency in English language;
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications;
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
• Excellent time and project management skills;
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
