Back Office Adviser with Finnish/ Korean/ Chinese

Requirements:

- To be fluent in Finnish/ Korean/ Chinese;
- To have intermediate level of English;
- To enjoy communication with people and resolve cases;
- To have the drive and ambition to succeed and progress within the company.


Job Responsibilities:

- Communication with existing and potential clients via phone, chat and email;
- Supporting new and existing accounts;
- Provide information about products and services of the company;
- Multitasking capabilities;
- Working time:Flexible;
- Experience in Call-Center will be an advantage.
