Back office advisor with Polish (Native level C1 - C2):


Main Responsibilities:
To offer high quality support via emails, telephone,on-line chat and social media;
Handling customers accounts;
Support and assistance during communication with clients and provision to-date and complete information about the products;
Solving account problems and providing information;

Job requirements:
Excellent level of Polish - verbal and written (C1-C2);
Native speakers (Polish citizents) will be considered with a priority;
English is NOT required.
Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered an advantage;
Great communication and computer skills ;
Knowledge of the activities of financial institutions (banks, non-bank credit institutions, leasing and factoring companies) is an advantage.
