For one of our partners, a leader in one of the largest FMCG sectors in Europe’s most significant markets, we are looking for:

Back Office Assistant with Swedish
Your main tasks will be:

Understanding and answering queries relating to invoice and contracts management;
Escalating where contracts and invoices are received without the correct information or approvals;
Ensuring that any supporting documentation is provided to customers as requested;
Ensuring all follow up issues on invoices and contracts are managed accordingly to the given timelines;
Providing support to other team members;
Working closely with Business Unit Finance teams and other departments where required;
Using technology tools and systems including SAP, Sharepoint, Lotus Notes/ Sales Force (training provided).

What we expect from YOU:

Fluency in Swedish;
Bachelor level education;
Good Excel skills;
Attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills;
Problem solving skills.
