Customer and Social Media Mobile support with Romanian/ Dutch/ Czech/Slovak/ Swedish


Main Responsibilities:

To offer high quality supportvia emails, telephone,on-line chat and social media;
Handling customers accounts
Solving account problems and providing information;

Job requirements:

Excellent Romanian/ Dutch/ Czech/Slovak/ Swedish - verbal and written;
Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered a big advantage;
English: Intermediate;
Good computer skills;
