Executive device specialist with FRENCH / ITALIAN / SPANISH/ POLISH / PORTUGUESE

Main Responsibilities:

Handling customers accounts;
Provide first line assistance for customers associated with technical problems or dealing with the replacement of needed parts;
Escalate requests following established procedures;

Job requirements:

Excellent FRENCH / ITALIAN / SPANISH/ POLISH / PORTUGUESE - verbal and written;
Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered a big advantage;
English: Intermediate;
Good computer skills;
