Fluent or close to native level of English or German;

Job Responsibilities:
Being a first point of contact for players;
Initiating proactive contact with newly registered customers via chat, email or phone (no cold calling);
Resolving customer queries and issues;
Communicating mostly by chat and mail (80%).
