Your Word Ltd. looking to expand its business and is recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager for the new Sofia office. He/she will be responsible to handle all company marketing activities worldwide. The position reports to the CEO.

Core responsibilities:

- Manage company communication and marketing strategies worldwide

- Design, implement, and execute internal and external marketing communication plans

- Develop strategies and tactics for globalization, new market penetration and SEO

- Develop fresh and innovative marketing campaigns

- Direct and create marketing collateral that is aligned with our Global sales strategies and Business development strategies

- Work with Multi-Disciplines - Operation, Sales, HR - to develop GTM (go-to market) strategy

- Manage marketing budget.

Required skills:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or similar field

- At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager for an international company

- SEO knowledge

- Fluent in English (written and verbal) - preferred as mother tongue

- Other languages are considered highly advantageous

- Good team player and proven leadership skills

- Willingness to travel abroad.
