Your Word Ltd. looking to expand its business and is recruiting Sales Specialist for the new Sofia office. He/she will be responsible for the communication with existing and new potential clients, as will assure that their needs are met.

Core responsibilities:

- Responsible for client satisfaction

- Proactively source for new potential clients

- Proactively contacting responsible people in potential clients

- Communicate with existing clients and assuring that their needs are met

- Communicate through phone and e-mail

- Interact with clients in an assertive, enthusiastic and polite manor.

Required skills:

- High school diploma

- Experience in a Sales position and Contact center operator – not a must, but considered an advantage

- Really good communication skills

- Fluent in English (written and verbal) - preferred as mother tongue

- Other languages are considered highly advantageous

- Good team player who is also able to manage his responsibilities on his/her own.
