Customer Support Agent with Italian and English
What you would do:
• Provide top-level customer service over chat and email;
• Troubleshooting and solving technical problems for company`s customers;
• Helpful and knowledgeable assistance to customers with their website maintenance;
• Ensuring tasks and client requests are handled properly in a timely manner;
• Achieving great customer satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs;
What we would like to have:
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
• Great attention to detail;
• Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Good time management and multitasking skills;
• Be open to a diverse working schedule including weekends and late shifts.
