Customer Support Representative with English

What you would do:
*Provide top-level customer service
*Troubleshooting and solving technical problems for company`s customers;
*Helpful and knowledgeable assistance to customers
*Ensuring tasks and client requests are handled properly

What we would like to have:
*Strong verbal and written English skills (B2/C1/C2);
* You are helpful, upbeat and positive;
*You are genuinely excited to help customers;
* You are patient, empathetic and have a passion for communicating;
* You put yourself in the Customer’s shoes;
* You are confident at troubleshooting and problem solving;
* You are adaptable, open to change and open to learning new skills;
* You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
