Main responsibiltiies of person on this position will include:

Management and control of activities within the Customer Service Section in compliance with the company culture and values;
Lead the development and deployement of improvement innitiatives and qulity procedures within the department;
Work with Customer Service Team Leaders to improve and implement agent service skills training;
Creating and management of work processes and procedures and ensure they are as simple as possible;
Work with Customer Service Team Leaders to ensure their development as coaches and their ability to drive continuous improvement in agent performance;
Participation in development of Training and Reward & Recognition programs.

The role profile:

Experience in process and quality improvement;
Background as people manager is highly preferable;
Initiative, proactive and creative thinker;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
